YMCA/NFL Flag Football

The YMCAS is proud to present a partnership with the Arizona Cardinals and the NFL.

NFL flag football offers a recreational program designed for participants to have fun while learning sportsmanship, skills, and rules. Skills include passing, catching, and hitting.

Games are played with age appropriate equipment. Some age groups may be combined.
