Did you enjoy your summer recreational swim team experience or are you interested in joining a year-round swim team to have fun, stay fit and be competitive? If so, why not come out for an evaluation with the YMCA Westside Silver Fins August 9-12th from 5:30pm-6:30pm here at the Southwest Valley Family YMCA. Regarded as one of the top USA Swim Teams in the state of Arizona and in the Western United States, YMCA WSF is excited to have you join the team!!!!

YMCA leagues are the best and most fun around! The Southwest Valley Family YMCA is now offering Flag Football through the Arizona Jr. Rattlers. Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer and Itty Bitty Sports are also available. Register On-line, over the phone or at our Welcome Center.

Parent's Night Out

Need a break? When was the last time you enjoyed a night out on the town without the kids? Let us do the babysitting while you take some time for yourself! The next Parent's Night Out is on Saturday, August 21st from 5-9PM. PNO is for ages potty trained to 12 years. The cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child. This month, we will be watching Peter Pan!, eating pizza, healthy snacks and doing crafts! Last day to register is Friday July 23rd! For more info, contact Olga Colunga at ocolunga@vosymca.org.

Birthday Parties
