JUMP START Circuit Programs"Get a Jump" on that path to a healthier, more fit you! Our 8-week Jump Start Circuit Program is the perfect place to begin a realistic workout regimen that really works. Class meets in a group, twice a week for a total of 16 sessions, for a great 45 minute session. Using our unique circuit equipment, participants move from station to station as you get a full body workout. Our healthy lifestyle coach is with the class every step of the way, setting individual goals, offering encouragement and tracking progress. We offer JUMP START II for those who want a more intense workout, FEM START for women only, FAM START for families (kids and adults together), and SILVER START for active, older adults. |
