Personal Training

Available to YMCA Facility members only, personal training is a unique, one-on-one work out experience with a certified fitness professional. Personal Training is recommended for those members who have already completed a complimentary Fitness Orientation.

Program Format:

Each personal training session is approximately one-hour ion length. Sessions maybe purchased on packages of 1, 3 or 6 and can be used over a period of time determined by the trainer and the member. Session availability, trainer qualifications and package prices vary per branch. Personal training instruction can include any of the following fitness regimens:

  • Cardio (land or water)
  • Machine equipment
  • Hammer Strength Equipment
  • Free Weights
  • Flexibility
  • Pre/post Natal
  • Post Rehabilitation
  • Speed and Agility
  • Sports Specific
  • And others

Get started:

To schedule a personal training session, call or visit you local YMCA. Place your name and information on the Personal Trainer Interest List. A trainer will contact you by phone to get you started. Payment is required prior to the start of the first official session.
