The YMCAs Valley wide offer many free or low cost nutrition seminars throughout the year for both members and non-members. Call or stop by your local YMCA for more information.

If you need more than basic information for weight loss, weight gain, disease nutrition management, eating disorders, sports nutrition, older adult or youth and teen diet needs each branch can refer you to a local Registered Dietitian.
