Youth Sports
Youth sports programs promote skill development, fair competition, sportsmanship, and the premise that "Everybody Plays, Everybody Wins."  Youth Sports leagues rely on the involvement of volunteer coaches who accept this philosophy.  In Flagstaff YMCA Youth Sports, there are no all-star teams, playoffs, or league champions.  Each participant receives the same season-ending award.  Strict rules govern the conduct of players, parents, and coaches involved in the program.
