The Lincoln Family Downtown YMCA offers transitional housing solutions for both men and women in downtown Phoenix. We have a total of 139 rooms that are rented on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis. All rooms are roughly 77 square feet, single occupancy and dormitory style with a shared restroom on each floor. All rooms are available on a first come first served basis. We do not accept reservations.
We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Our YMCA is within walking distance of:
• Central transit station with buses, shuttles and light rail
• Arizona State University’s downtown campus
• US Airways Center home of the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and the Phoenix Roadrunners
• Phoenix Convention Center
• Herberger Theater
• Local restaurants
• United States Post Office
• The Arizona Center (retail shops, movie theaters, and restaurants)
We offer volunteer opportunities, fitness programs, support groups and social gatherings. The Lincoln Family Downtown YMCA Housing Facility is much more than just renting a room; it is joining a community.
