COMPANY ASSESSMENT
At no cost, the YMCA staff will work with you to develop a plan of action based on your company's individual needs—presently and in the future. We will assist you in designing a wellness program for your employees and support your efforts in instituting systems and policy changes to achieve your goals.
EMPLOYEE INTEREST AND NEEDS SURVEY
The YMCA will create and conduct an employee interest and needs survey in partnership with your Wellness Committee to determine the direction of the committee's efforts. The YMCA will collect and analyze the data—and share it with the Wellness Committee to assist them in their strategic planning.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS FAIRS/
NEWSLETTERS
The YMCA will collaborate with your Human Resources or Wellness Committee to plan Employee Wellness Events or company newsletter wellness tips and information.
