07. BODYFLOW® (Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced)

BODYFLOW® is an exercise-to-music class that uses Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates.  The aim is to increase flexibility and build strength that improves the functionality of your body.  It is conducive to all levels while being both challenging and rejuvenating.

The perfect balance...20minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength, 20 minutes flexibility! This class includes several different formats of each genre for a new and exciting class each time!

Functional Flexibility

Functional Flexibility focuses on joint range of motion, joint mobilization and connective tissue and fascia extensibility. This 30-minute program will introduce you to a very effective method of Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR). The program targets joins that are typically revealed as the trouble spots for most people: ankles, hips, knees, shoulders, scapula and thoracic spine.
