Youth/Family Karate

Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate designed to increase mental and physical strength, develop self confidence and focus as well as provide basic self defense skills.  The class is for youth between 6 and 17 yrs. of age.  Parents are welcome to join their children for this fun activity.
