All Kids Can

Eight weeks of exercise and nutrition education for our youngest YMCA Members. This staff-supervised program was designed for children/teens that are at risk for obesity. All Kids Can is free for those who have obtained a doctor's prescription. This class also meets on Mondays at 6:30 p.m.

Fit Kids Club

Come sign-up for this FOUR weeks of super sports fun!  Each week we will focus on a specific sport.  Skills will be practiced on Mondays and Thursdays in the aerobics room and Fridays will be played outside, along with a touch of water fun!

Ages 4-7: Sports include Football, Soccer, Golf and Badminton.

Ages 8-12:  Sports include Volleyball, Soccer, Badminton and Football.

Kids Fit Action Hour

You are never too young to start a healthy lifestyle. Variety is the key to success in this always fun kid's fitness class. Our trained staff will help your child have a great time while exercising and learning about a healthy lifestyle.  Ages 2 years and up.

Strength & Agility Training

This is a youth functional movement program with an overall emphasis on athleticism utilizing a variety of speed and agility drills and game based activities to improve sports performance and prevent injuries.
