An easy 30 minutes of low impact aerobics followed by 25 minutes of stretching and strength moves. Easy follow format is good for beginners and the older adult, and anyone who wants to enhance their weight management program.

03. Cardio Mix (Beginner/Intermediate)

A class designed to offer a little bit of everything. Classes will vary with steps, weights, balls, BOSUs and other resistance equipment for overall muscle conditioning. Come prepared for a good cardio workout!

09. Athletic Conditioning (Intermediate/Advanced)

This intense workout is for athletes and non-athletes alike. Enjoy a hard core workout consisting of traditional athletic drills and calisthenics which tests your cardio endurance and improves your strength conditioning.

10. Step it Up (Step II - Intermediate/Advanced)

An intermediate to advanced class that is for everyone! We do step for the first half of the class and then switch to body sculpting for the last half.
