Intro to Yoga (Beginner/Intermediate)
A gentle class designed to introduce the rejuvenating benefits of basic yoga practice. Recommended for those who are new to yoga, wishing to reacquaint themselves, or just desire to continually experience this gentle ancient art.
Chair Yoga (Beginner/Intermediate)
A very gentle yoga class done entirely in a chair.
Yoga Flow (Intermediate/Advanced)
An intermediate more vigorous yoga flow class. A series of postures linked with sun salutations. Knowledge of basic poses recommended.
Hatha Yoga (Intermediate/Advanced)
Hatha Yoga emphasizes posture and breathing. It is an excellent way to relax the body and strengthen the mind.
Holy Yoga (Intermediate/Advanced)
This is a form of Hatha yoga that is a slow flow with longer holds to inspire release and restoration. Holy Yoga was created to introduce physical worship of the Lord through prayer, breath work and movement. Classes are set to contemporary motivational Christian music. All levels of experience welcome.
Mat Pilates (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)
Based on the fundamentals of Pilate’s principles, this class will focus on your body core (hips, lower back and abdominals). This method of conditioning trains both body and mind with a series of exercises that focus on increasing a balance of strength and flexibility through a use of flowing movements and breathing.
