We invite you to slip away from the daily grind and return to your summer camp days as a child at a retreat like no other. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun...and Be Healthy is the theme for the weekend, so everything is designed with that in mind. Join us for an unforgettable weekend filled with enlightening and enjoyable workshops, classes, and activities focused on life balance; nutrition and mindful eating; physical fitness; restoring the mind, body, and spirit; and enjoying the company of other women. Outreach Programs for Ahwatukee Seniors
YOPAS is a volunteer program helping seniors remain independent at home. YOPAS volunteers transport to medical appointments, shopping and errands, provide visitation, caregiver relief and more. Seniors 62 and older who live in Ahwatukee are eligible. There is no charge for this service, but donations are gratefully received.
